Omnivision

Omnivision is a science-fiction mini-series created as part of the Nikon Film Festival, exploring the theme of beauty from a broader and more critical perspective. Set in a near future, the series imagines a world in which technology can alter and enhance human perception through a chip developed by an all-powerful corporation. Through this science-fiction narrative, Omnivision questions our relationship with reality, the way our perception of the world can be shaped by external forces, and our tendency to escape rather than confront certain truths. Over the course of four months, I brought together a team — our own “Avengers” — and we dedicated a large part of our free time to this project. The mini-series combines storytelling, visual research, and 100% original creation, from the music to Omnivision’s graphic identity. Led by passionate collaborators, the project became an intense learning experience, both technically and organizationally, as well as artistically. In short, Omnivision is an ambitious, 100% Swiss science-fiction mini-series, created by a team of dedicated volunteers. This cut brings together the six episodes of the mini-series into a single film. Enjoy the screening :)

It was an intense shoot (the team was unpaid, and it took place on a Sunday, oops...).

Omnivision excels on every level: with strong performances, a visually coherent aesthetic, and a compelling story that challenges our perception of reality. An ambitious and independently developed science-fiction project that powerfully demonstrates what a dedicated team with a clear vision can achieve.
