THE INTERNET THANKS FOR YOUR DATA

Want a cookie? That’s what every website asks you — but do you actually know what you’re agreeing to? This project is all about showing how exposed you become when you click “accept” without thinking. It starts with a fake cookie popup that tries to make you click blindly… and then lets you experience the "consequences". As you scroll, you’ll see how the apps and platforms you use every day collect and use your data, and you’ll get a few tips on how to take some of your privacy back. The site was built in Framer, fully interactive, responsive, and it even follows your system preferences — so yes, dark-mode people, you’re safe.

This project is a masterclass in turning digital frustration into a narrative experience. The site hooks the user instantly, leveraging state-of-the-art UX to transform passive scrolling into a provocative lesson in digital autonomy. The jury was impressed by the design language and the seamless execution. It doesn’t just explain data privacy; it makes you feel the weight of your 'accept’-click through interactivity. It hits the rare sweet spot where high-end aesthetics meet urgent social relevance, forcing every visitor to think twice before their next click. A benchmark for modern interactive media.
